Awesome cormorant feeding photos

December 7, 2015 by Jade Craven Leave a Comment

Everyone knows that I love photos of cormorants feeding their chicks. It’s at the point where I only upload the best to Flickr. I *had* made a promise not to share any on the blog until I noticed a running theme.

If you take hundreds of photos of the same thing, you’ll eventually get weird photos that don’t exactly fit the theme. In these cases, I’ve got photos of the chicks with their mouths wide open but not fully in. In a couple of them, the adults mouth is just really wide and looked hilarious.

Hoping to find a(n ethical) way to get similar shots with other species in the future 🙂
