Earlier this year I took some beautiful sunset photos from our fishing spot along the Barham River. I had showed them to mum before leaving on this trip and we’d agreed that we’d try to replicate it.
Unfortunately, our timing didn’t work out. We had planned to photograph here the night before, when the lighting was awesome, but opted to photograph behind the harbour instead. That worked out and I got some awesome photos. However, it meant that the light was a bit lacklustre when photographing this evening.
It wasn’t a complete loss; the scenery was beautiful and it gave me the chance to experiment with Lightroom settings. Also, there were bowerbirds in the neighbouring trees. You can’t win every time 😉
