Walking Along The Marengo Rockpools

January 8, 2023 by Jade Craven

Our family loves visiting the Marengo rockpools. We explore a short distance from the car park as we want to avoid any sudden waves. I prefer to be overly cautious for areas I’m not familiar with.

Mum and I decided to see how far we could walk around the Marengo rockpool area. It felt like a long walk between the sets of steps. It turned out we were just walking a short distance between open areas of sandy beach.

I took a lot of photos to show how the rocky platforms had subtle changes. I’m definitely keen to return with an analogue camera and black and white film.
